Frozen Cappuccino Roca®
2 cups ice
1/4 oz. (1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
2.6 oz. (1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
2-3 shots (1/4 cup-1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) espresso or strong brewed coffee
Combine ingredients in a commercial blender in the order shown and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds). Yields one 16-oz. drink.

Torani Almond Roca® Float
1-1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) milk
1 cup ice
Scoop of chocolate ice cream
Combine syrup, espresso, milk and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.
Torani Creamy Frozen Almond Roca®
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
1 1/2 cups ice
4 oz. (1/2 cup) soda
2 oz. (1/4 cup) whipping cream
In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with chopped Almond Roca Butter crunch candy. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.
Torani Roca® Coffee Freeze
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Almond Roca® syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Coffee syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) brewed coffee, chilled
2 cups ice
Coffee flavored whipped cream, for topping
In a blender pitcher, combine ice, coffee and syrups and blend until smooth. Serve topped with whipped cream and chopped Almond Roca Butter crunch candy. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Cafe Roca®
1 Tbsp. Torani Almond Roca® syrup
2 Tbsp. brandy
3/4 cup hot brewed coffee
Whipped cream, for topping
In an Irish coffee mug, combine syrup, brandy and coffee and stir well. Top with whipped cream.
Notes: Regular or decaffeinated coffee can be used in any of the above recipes. A dark roast bean and strong brew work best.

Torani 5th Avenue Indulgence
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Raspberry syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.
Notes: *In place of espresso you may use 1/2 cup strong, brewed coffee.
Torani Roca® Peel Latte
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk

Toast Me Almond Roca® Martini
2 * oz. (1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
2 * oz. (1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp.) half and half
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) vodka
ice
whipped cream and toasted, slivered almonds for garnish
Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to blend. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with one spoonful of whipped cream and a few toasted, slivered almonds. Recipe yields 1 6-oz. serving

Torani Candy Martini
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
1/8 oz. (1/2 tsp.) Torani Vanilla syrup
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) vodka
For a blended drink, combine ingredients with 1 cup ice in a blender pitcher and blend until smooth. Or, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serves 1.
Torani Holiday Yelp
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Orgeat (Almond) syrup
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
6-8 oz. (3/4 - 1 cup) Kahlua or coffee brandy
2 cups milk
3 cups ice
Whipped cream
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Serves 4-6.

Torani Almond Roca® Ice Cream Pie
First Layer
1 package almond toast cookies
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
Second Layer
1/2 cup Torani Almond Roca® syrup
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 oz. (1/4 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces, broken
1/2 cup crushed butter toffees
2 qts. of ice cream
To prepare the bottom layer Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter a 9-inch pie plate. Place the cookies, 1/2 cup almonds, butter or margarine, and sugar into a food processor and process until the mixture resembles the consistency of oatmeal. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for the topping and pat the rest into the bottom of the pie plate. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool. To prepare the middle layer Place the remaining 1/2 cup of almonds, chocolate, and toffees in the food processor and blend until the mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/4 of the mixture for the topping. Combine the remaining mixture with the ice cream and the syrup by gently mixing them together until just blended. Over-mixing can cause ice and crystallizing after freezing. Mound the mixture into the cooled pie crust. Combine the reserved cookie mixture with the reserved nuts and candy mixture and sprinkle them over the ice cream pie. Place in the freezer until firm.
Notes: For a cool, summer, make-ahead dessert, try a delicious mix of butter crunch, almonds, and ice cream.

1 gallon 2% milk
Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

1 750 ml. bottle Torani Almond Roca®
1 750 ml. bottle Torani Creme de Cacao syrup
Splash of Torani French Vanilla
8-10 shots of espresso
2 gallons of 2 % milk

12 oz. vanilla soft serve ice cream or frozen custard
1/2-3/4 oz. Torani Almond Roca® syrup
Fill a 16-oz. cup with soft serve or frozen custard. Mix in Torani syrup. Garnish as desired. Serves 1. Topping ideas: crushed candy bars such as Reese's, Butterfinger or Snickers, chocolate sprinkles, m&m's, chopped nuts.

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha Sauce

Torani Almond Roca® Black & White Ice Cream Float
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) club soda or sparkling water
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
In a tall glass, stir together club soda and syrup. Add ice cream to a 16-oz. glass, and slowly add pour flavored soda over ice cream. Serve with a spoon. Serving/Yield: 1 16-oz. drink.

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Almond Roca® syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso

1 Almond Roca® candy, crumble for garnish
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 16 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Acceptable method: Combine Torani and espresso in a 12 oz. glass, add steamed milk, and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Swirl on the whipped cream and sprinkle with the crumbled candy. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.
