1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Amaretto syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.)Torani Cherry syrup
1-2 shots (2 Tbsp.-1/4 cup) espresso
5 oz. (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp.) milk
1 1/2 cups ice
Whipped cream and cherry, for topping
In a blender pitcher, blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Amaretto syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Coffee syrup

1/2 oz. Torani Amaretto syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso

Top with whipped cream flavored with Torani Manadrin Orange syrup (optional). Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Amaretto Cheesecake Cocktail
2 oz. (1/4 cup) heavy cream
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) armagnac or brandy
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Amaretto syrup
crumbled graham crackers for garnish (optional)
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well to blend. Pour over ice in a lowball glass. Garnish by sprinkling crumbled graham crackers on top (optional).

Desserts
Torani Amaretto and Peach Pie
Ingredients:
Pie Crust Pastry -- doubled for 2 9-inch crusts (see recipe)
1/4 cup Torani Amaretto syrup
4 lbs. ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roll out half of the pastry dough and line a 9-inch pie plate. Mix the peaches with the syrup and flour and fill the pie crust with the mixture. Roll out the other half of the pastry dough and form the top crust over the pie. Beat the egg yolk with the milk and brush this over the top of the crust. Cut several slits in the top of the pastry to allow steam to escape. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool for 1 hour before serving. Torani Pie Crust (yields 1 9-inch crust). 2-1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup chilled solid vegetable shortening, cut into pieces 1/4 cup ice water, plus additional as needed Mix the flour and the salt together in a mixing bowl. Cut in the shortening with knives or a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add the water a Tablespoon at a time and mix just until the pastry holds together. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling out.
Notes: The flavors of almond and peach are a winning combination anytime. This twist on the all-American pie is a perfect example.

Torani Chocolate-Amaretto Torte
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Torani Amaretto syrup
2 tbs. Torani Creme de Cacao syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) bittersweet chocolate
10 Tbsp. butter
5 eggs, separated
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup cake flour, sifted
2 cups whipped cream
Instructions:
Preheat the over to 350F. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3” loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler along with the butter, 1/2 cup of the Amaretto syrup, and the Creme de Cacao syrup. Let cool. Beat the egg yolks and sugar into ribbons with a mixer. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Whip the egg whites with the salt to soft peaks. Fold the flour and the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour into the loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a slightly larger pan and fill with hot water to 2 inches up the sides of the pan. Cover the whole thing with foil and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the water bath, but let the cake cool in the loaf pan. Whip the cream with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Amaretto syrup to soft peaks. Invert the cake onto a serving platter and serve with the whipped cream.
Notes: This rich, velvety torte is flavored with Amaretto to produce chocolate heaven.

2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) milk
1 cup ice
Torani flavored whipped cream, for topping
Candied espresso beans, for garnish
Pour espresso into a 16 oz. glass filled with ice. Add Torani and cold milk. Stir and top with Torani Creme de Cacao whipped cream and a candied espresso bean. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Italian Root Beer Crush
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Classic Root Beer syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Tiramisu syrup

4 oz. (1/2 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16-oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water, Torani and stir. Yields 1 16-oz. drink.

2 cups ice
1 oz. Frusia Mixed Berry
3/4 oz. Torani Amaretto syrup
4 oz. milk
Combine all ingredients in the pitcher of a commercial blender and blend until smooth.

Torani Fruity Freeze
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Amaretto Syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Raspberry Syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) pineapple juice, un-sweetened
1 1/2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

powdered nutmeg, for topping
Steam Torani and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dust with powdered nutmeg. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Amaretto Steamer
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Amaretto syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Steam Torani and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dust with cocoa powder. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.
