Chocolate Covered Banana With Nuts
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate sauce
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Toasted Walnut syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Servings/Yield: One 16-oz. drink.
Notes: *In place of espresso you may use 1/2 cup strong, brewed coffee. Finalist in "Flavor Fanatic" contest.

Torani Banana Bonanza Latte
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Crème Caramel syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Crème de Banana syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Whipped cream

1/4 oz. (1 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1 tsp.) Torani Vanilla syrup

8 oz. (1 cup) milk

Torani Bananas Foster Caffe
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Tiramisu syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dissolve brown sugar in espresso. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over foam and add ice cream. Top with whipped cream and crushed butterscotch candies or a slice of ripe banana. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Dissolve brown sugar in espresso. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over foam and add ice cream. Top with whipped cream and crushed butterscotch candies or a slice of ripe banana. Serving/Yield: 1 16-oz.

Torani Hint of Banana Cappuccino
1/2 oz. Torani Creme de Banana syrup
4 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
Steam the syrup and the milk together. Pour espresso into a 6-oz. cup. Gently add steamed milk until the cup is about two thirds full. Spoon foam over top of the beverage. Serving/Yield: 1-6oz.

1-2 shots espresso

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Passion Fruit syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Coconut syrup

4 oz. orange juice
1 oz. grapefruit juice
ice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir for 10-15 seconds to blend. Add to a 12 oz. glass half-filled with ice, and garnish with a fresh orange and grapefruit slice (optional).

Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

Creme de Banana Soft Serve
12 oz. vanilla soft serve ice cream or frozen custard 1/2-3/4 oz. Torani Creme de Banana syrup
Fill a 16-oz. cup with soft serve or frozen custard. Mix in Torani syrup. Garnish as desired. Serves 1. Topping ideas: crushed candy bars such as Reese's, Butterfinger or Snickers, chocolate sprinkles, m&m's, chopped nuts.

Monkey Buzz Milkshake
2 cups vanilla ice cream
4 oz. milk
1 1/2 oz. Torani Caffioco
3/4 oz. Torani Creme de Banana
Combine ingredients in a commercial blender and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Yields 1 16-oz. drink.

Torani Iced Banana Split Cappuccino
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Vanilla syrup
1/8 oz. (1/2 tsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup
1/8 oz. (1/2 tsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha Sauce
1 shot (2 Tbsp.) espresso

Torani Strawberry Tropics
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup

Torani Bubble Gum Soda
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup

8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
In a 16-oz. glass 3/4 filled with ice, combine all ingredients and stir well to blend. Yields 1 16-oz. drink.

Torani Tropical Breeze
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Pineapple syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Coconut syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16-oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water and Torani and stir well to blend flavors. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and shaved coconut. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Banana Jam
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Torani Vanilla syrup
2 Tbsp. Torani Creme de Banana syrup
6 bananas
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup water
3 cups sugar
Instructions:
Cut the banana into 1/4 inch slices and toss with lime juice. Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add bananas and cook 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is thick. Remove from the heat and stir in the syrups.
Notes: Delicious on pancakes, toast, or ice cream with hot fudge and nuts.

1/2 oz. (1Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Milano syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso

Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed to about 1/2" below the top of a 12 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Torani "Grasshopper Gone Bananas" White Mocha
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani White Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
1-2 shots espresso
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 16 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. 1 oz. Frusia Kiwi
3/4 oz. Torani Creme de Banana syrup

Combine all ingredients in the pitcher of a commercial blender and blend until smooth.

Frusia Pina Banana
2 cups ice
1 oz. Frusia Pina Colada
1 oz. Torani Creme de Banana syrup
4 oz. milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender pitcher and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Banana Pineapple Smoothie
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Pineapple syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1 1/2 cups ice
4 oz. (1/2 cup) un-sweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Banana Strawberry Freeze
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1 cup ice
4 oz. (1/2 cup) un-sweetened pineapple juice
1/2 banana
4 fresh strawberries
Fill a blender with ingredients and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Carmen Miranda
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Pineapple syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1 1/2 cups ice
4 oz. (1/2 cup) un-sweetened pineapple juice, chilled
2 oz. (1/4 cup) orange juice, chilled
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Combine the ice, juice, syrups, and fruit in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Orgeat Smoothie
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Orgeat (Almond) syrup
1/2 oz. (Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
3 oz. (6 Tbsp.) Half & Half
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) soda water
2 cups ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glass. Top with pineapple wedge. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Hot Chocolate Banana Steamer
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Cacao syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
1 tsp. cocoa powder
*Torani Chocolate syrup may be substituted for Creme de Cacao syrup.
Steam Torani, cocoa powder, and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dust with extra cocoa powder. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Show Stopper Steamer
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Tiramisu syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Steam Torani and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.
