Blended
Tiramisu Bianco
2 cups ice
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Tiramisu syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Bianco
3 oz. (1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) vanilla soft serve or ice cream
3 oz. (1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) sparkling water or club soda
whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Combine ingredients in a commercial blender in the order shown and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds). Yields one 16-oz. drink.

Brewed Coffee
Torani Chocolate Fresca Decafe
2 Tbsp. Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
1 cup fresh brewed decaffeinated coffee
1/4 cup Half & Half
1 peppermint stick, for garnish
In a large mug, combine syrups and Half & Half. Stir in decaf. Garnish with peppermint stick.
Notes: Regular or decaffeinated coffee can be used in the above recipe. A dark roast bean and strong brew work best.
Torani Triple Chocolate Supremo 1 Tbsp. Torani Chocolate Milano syrup
1 Tbsp. Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
1 cup fresh brewed coffee
1/4 cup chocolate milk
Notes: Regular or decaffeinated coffee can be used in the above recipe. A dark roast bean and strong brew work best.

Caffe Lattes
The Buffalo Snowman 1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Chocolate Biscotti syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Toasted Walnut syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) whole milk
Fresh whipped cream, for garnish
Steam your milk while pulling your shots. Combine syrups and espresso and gently pour steamed milk over espresso mixture. Top with fresh whipped cream and serve with a smile.
Notes: *Substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee if desired.
Torani Black & White Latte
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Milano syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk

Splash of Torani French Vanilla syrup
8-10 shots espresso
2 gallons 2% milk
Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

Ice Cream/Sorbet

White Chocolate Soft Serve
12 oz. vanilla soft serve ice cream or frozen custard
1/2-3/4 oz. Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
Fill a 16-oz. cup with soft serve or frozen custard. Mix in Torani syrup. Garnish as desired. Serves 1. Topping ideas: crushed candy bars such as Reese's, Butterfinger or Snickers, chocolate sprinkles, m&m's, chopped nuts.

1 cup ice

Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 12 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Acceptable method: Combine Torani and espresso in a 12oz. glass, add steamed milk, and top with a thin layer of foamed milk Serving/Yield: 1-12oz.

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha Sauce
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) milk
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 12 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Torani Shaken Chocolate Cream Soda
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Vanilla syrup
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Bianco syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) sparkling water
2 oz. (1/4 cup) milk
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until well blended. Pour drink over ice into a 16-oz. glass.

Steam Torani and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.
