Torani Butternut Squash with Torani Praline
1/4 cup Torani Praline syrup
1 Tbsp. Torani Cinnamon syrup
2 1/2 lbs. butternut squash, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 F. Toss the squash with oil, salt and pepper in a roasting pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. When squash begins to brown, add the Torani Praline syrup and Torani Cinnamon syrup and stir to coat. Bake for 10-20 minutes more until squash pieces are caramelized. Re-season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a little more syrup if you want the squash a little sweeter. Serve at once.

Torani Cinnamon Rice
2 tsp. Torani Cinnamon syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups Basmati or long grain rice
3 cups chicken broth (heated)
1/4 cup finely minced onion
Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add rice, onion and salt. Cook, stirring for five minutes. Add chicken broth and Torani Cinnamon syrup. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit five minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Spumoni Smoothie
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) vanilla ice cream
7 oz. (3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) whole milk
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
whipped cream for garnish (optional)
cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
finely grated orange zest for garnish (optional)
Combine syrups, ice cream, milk and cinnamon in a blender pitcher, and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick, and sprinkle with finely grated orange zest (optional).

Torani Jumpy Banana Smoothie-Dairy Alternative
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Milano Syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Coffee Syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Cinnamon Syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
1/2 cup low-fat soy milk
1 banana
1 1/2 cups ice
In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

1 oz. Torani Vanilla Bean syrup
1/8 oz. Torani Cinnamon syrup

1-2 shots espresso

1 heaping Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
1 oz. Torani Eggnog syrup
1/4 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup
Splash Torani Cinnamon syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
In a steamer pitcher, stir together pumpkin puree and milk. Add syrups and steam. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dust with ground nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.

In a 16-oz. glass, steep tea at least 5 minutes. Combine syrups and milk and steam. Pour flavored, steamed milk over chai and dust with cinnamon. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Classic Root Beer Syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.)Torani Anisette Syrup

Torani Cinnamon Delight Cappuccino
1/2 oz. Torani Cinnamon syrup
Splash Torani Vanilla syrup
4 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
Steam the syrup and the milk together. Pour espresso into a 6-oz. cup. Gently add steamed milk until the cup is about two thirds full. Spoon foam over top of the beverage. Serving/ Yield: 1-6oz.

Combine cider and syrups. We recommend un-sweetened cider for best taste. Garnish with orange slice. Serving/Yield: 1-12oz.

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Cinnamon syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) chilled vodka
7 oz. (3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) club soda
small cube of dry ice
Combine liquid ingredients in a 10 oz. rocks glass. Add dry ice.

Red Devil
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Cherry syrup
2 oz. (1/4 cup) carbonated water
3 oz. (1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) Moscato d' Asti
cherry for garnish (optional)
In a champagne flute, combine syrups and carbonated water. Swirl or stir. Add Moscato d' Asti and garnish with a cherry (optional). Recipe yields 1 6-oz. serving
