Torani Cranberry-Orange Muffins
1/2 cup Torani Cranberry syrup
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
8 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1/2 cup buttermilk
Soak the cranberries in syrup for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 F, and grease muffin tins. Sift the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Combine the cranberry mixture with the butter, egg, zest, and buttermilk. Pour the liquid mixture into the well of dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Spoon into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.
Notes: These muffins are tart and sweet at the same time. They would be perfect on a Thanksgiving buffet table.

1-750 ml Torani Cranberry syrup
3-750 ml bottles of water
2-3 oz. (4-6 Tbsp.) lemon juice concentrate
Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

Torani Cranberry Lime Soda
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani Cranberry syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Lime syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16 oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water and Torani and stir. Garnish with the orange twist. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Summer Sea Breeze
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Cranberry syrup
1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
2 cups ice
2 oz. (1/4 cup) cranberry juice, chilled
2 oz. (1/4 cup) pink grapefruit juice, chilled
1/4 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
slice lemon, for garnish
Combine the ice, juices, syrups, and cranberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish each with a lemon slice. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Cranberry Almond Steamer
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Cranberry syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Orgeat (Almond) syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) steamed milk
Steam Torani and milk together. Pour flavored steamed milk into a 16 oz. glass and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.
