Torani Banana Bread
1-3/4 cup flour
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Torani Ginger Spice syrup*
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1-1/4 crushed bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients and fold into a greased and floured 9" x5" x3" loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Notes: This recipe is also delicious made with Torani Almond syrup or Torani Creme de Banana syrup.

Caffe Lattes
Ginger Bean Latte
1 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup
1/4 oz. Torani Vanilla Bean syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.
Notes: *Substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee if desired

Pumpkin Pie Latte (Cafe version)
1 heaping Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
1 oz. Torani Eggnog syrup
1/4 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup
Splash Torani Cinnamon syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
In a steamer pitcher, stir together pumpkin puree and milk. Add syrups and steam. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Dust with ground nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.
Notes: *Substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee if desired

Pumpkin Pie Latte (Home version)
1 heaping Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp. Torani Vanilla syrup
1 tsp. Torani Ginger Spice syrup (or sub 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice)
1 cup milk
1-2 shots espresso (1/4 cup espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
To make a pumpkin latte at home: In a small saucepan, stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add Torani syrup and cinnamon. Heat gently until steaming, stirring occasionally. Blend on high for 20 second until foaming. Pour flavored milk into a tall glass and pour coffee over. Dust with ground pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg. Serves 1. With an espresso machine at home: In a steaming pitcher, stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add Torani syrup and cinnamon. Steam milk and pour into a tall glass. Pour coffee over and garnish with ground pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg. Serves 1.

Spiced Eggnog Latte
1 oz. Torani Italian Eggnog syrup
Splash Torani Ginger Spice syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso*
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. 1/2 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup
Splash Torani Cinnamon syrup
8 oz. brewed black tea
4 oz. milk
Steam together Torani syrups and milk. Pour into a 16-oz. glass and pour hot brewed tea over. Yields 1 16-oz. serving.

Torani Double Spice Latte
3/4 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup
1/4 oz. Torani Cinnamon syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso*
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. 1 12-oz. can Guinness Pub Draught
baking chocolate (optional)
Add 1 oz. Torani Ginger Spice syrup to a frosted 12 oz. mug rimmed with melted unsweetened chocolate (optional). Pour Guinness over, and serve.
