1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
7 oz. (3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.) unsweetened chilled tea
1 tsp. orange blossom water
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) gin or vodka
Tangerine segments for garnish (optional)
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously. Add to a 12 oz. glass half-filled with ice, and garnish with segments of tangerine. (optional).

Torani Pink Grapefruit Margarita
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1 cup ice
3 oz. (6 Tbsp.) Margarita mix
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) tequila
Combine all ingredients in a blender pitcher and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Red Velvet
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
4 oz. (1/2 cup) cranberry juice
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) vodka
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well to blend and serve. Serves 1.

Torani Pink Grapefruit Granita
1-750ml Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
3 bottles water
2-3 oz. lemon juice concentrate
Add ingredients to a commercial granita machine.

Torani Citrus Granita
1 1/2 750 ml Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1 1/2 750 ml Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
2-3 oz. fresh lemon juice or lemon juice concentrate
9 750 ml bottles water
Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

Torani Pink Sunrise Granita
2-750 ml bottles Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1-750 ml bottle Torani Peach syrup
9-750 ml bottles water
Add ingredients to your commercial granita machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.

Torani Pink Tea
1 oz. ( 2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) iced tea, unsweetened
Combine ingredients in a tall glass of ice. Yields 1 serving.

Torani Citrus Siesta Soda
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Lemon syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Lime syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Splash of Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
Fill a 16 oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water and Torani and stir. Garnish with an orange slice. Yields 1 16-oz. serving.

Torani Citrus Twist
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16 oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water and Torani and stir. Garnish with a fresh orange slice or lemon wedge. Yields 1 16-oz. serving.

Torani Pink Passion
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
Splash Torani Passion Fruit syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16-oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice. Add water and Torani and stir well to blend flavors. Yields 1 16-oz. drink.

Torani Citrus Twist Punch
6 oz. (3/4 cup) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
16 oz. (2 cups) orange juice
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or large pitcher filled with ice. Serves 4-6. (recipe may be doubled.)

Salads
Torani Avocado and Grapefruit Salad With Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette (see recipe)
2 ripe Haas avocados, sliced
3 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and separated into segments
1/2 lb. mixed salad greens
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve at once.
Notes: Juicy red grapefruit, avocado, and the tangy dressing combine to make this a wonderful salad

Citrus Twist
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
8 oz. sparkling water
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake gently just to blend. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Citrus Chamomile Shaken Tea
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit Syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) chilled chamomile tea
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, shake well and pour into a 16-oz. glass. Yields 1 16-oz. serving.

Smoothies
Torani Good Morning Smoothie
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Strawberry syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Pink Grapefruit syrup
1 1/2 cups ice
2 oz. (1/4 cup) plain yogurt
2 oz. (1/4 cup) orange juice
4 fresh strawberry halves
Combine the ice, yogurt, juice, syrups, and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.
Notes: You can substitute milk for the yogurt.

Torani Sunrise Citrus Freeze
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Lemon syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Mandarin Orange syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Pink Grapefruit syrup
2 oz. (1/4 cup) nonfat milk
2 oz. (1/4 cup) soda water
2 cups ice
Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.

Torani Tropical Cooler
2 oz. (1/4 cup) Torani Pink Grapefruit Syrup
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Coconut Syrup
6 oz. (3/4 cup) 7-Up
1 1/2 cups ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with lime, lemon, or orange slice. Serving/Yield: 1-16oz.
