4 oz. milk
2 oz. Torani Caffioco
3/4 oz. Torani Peppermint syrup
Combine ingredients in a commercial blender and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds). Yields 1 16-oz. drink.

Cocktails
Torani Mojito
1 1/2 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. Torani Peppermint syrup
Splash Torani Vanilla syrup
1/4 fresh lime, squeeze for juice
4 fresh mint leaves, torn into pieces
Combine ingredients in a tall glass. Add crushed ice, stir well and top with 2 oz. club soda. Yields 1 10-oz. drink.
Notes: This basic mojito recipe gets a boost of flavor if you add 1/4 oz. Torani syrup such as Mango, Kiwi or Watermelon.

Chocolate Peppermint Frosting
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 cups powdered (confectioners') sugar
1/2 cup Torani Peppermint syrup
1 Tbsp. milk
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Turn heat off and whisk in cocoa. Add about 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. Peppermint syrup, beating with electric mixers on medium speed; continue to add sugar and Torani a bit at a time, until all sugar and syrup are mixed in and the frosting is good consistency for spreading (add more syrup if needed). Add milk and beat until smooth. Makes about 2 cups; enough for 30 cupcakes or brownies or 2 9-inch cakes.
Notes: This minty frosting is delicious on chocolate cupcakes and brownies.

Hot Chocolate
Peppermint Divinity Cocoa
3/4 oz. Torani Vanilla syrup
1/2 oz. Torani Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/4 oz. Torani Peppermint syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour into a tall glass; top with whipped cream and a mini candy cane. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Morning Aphrodisiac
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Vanilla syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Creme de Cacao syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.
Notes: *1/2 cup strong, brewed coffee may be substituted.

Peppermint Soft Serve
12 oz. soft serve ice cream or frozen custard, vanilla or chocolate
1/2-3/4 oz. Torani Peppermint syrup
Fill a 16-oz. cup with soft serve or frozen custard. Mix in Torani syrup. Garnish as desired. Serves 1. Topping ideas: crushed candy bars such as Reese's, Butterfinger or Snickers, chocolate sprinkles, m&m's, chopped nuts.

Italian Sodas
Creamy Mint Soda
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Torani French Vanilla syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
Fill a 16 oz. glass about 3/4 full with ice, add water and Torani and stir. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Minty White Chocolate Mocha
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani White Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
1-2 shots espresso
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 16 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Acceptable method: Combine Torani and espresso in a 12 oz. glass, add steamed milk, and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Top with Torani Orgeat flavored whipped cream. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani “Grasshopper Gone Bananas” White Mocha
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani White Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Creme de Banana syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
1-2 shots epresso
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 16 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and cocoa. Acceptable method: Combine Torani and espresso in a 16 oz. glass, add steamed milk, and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Peppermint Patty Mocha
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Chocolate Mocha sauce
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani Peppermint syrup
1-2 shots (2 Tbsp.-1/4 cup) espresso
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
Preferred method: Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2" below the top of a 16 oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Acceptable method: Combine Torani and espresso in a 16 oz. glass, add steamed milk, and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Torani Raspberry Peppermint Shaken Tea
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Raspberry syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) peppermint tea, chilled
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, shake well and pour into a 16-oz. glass.
